2017 Veterans Information & Outreach Fair and Concert Event

We are pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Veteran Information & Outreach Fair and Concert. The event will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Memorial Middle School, 12-00 1st Street, Fair Lawn, New Jersey. 12:00pm to 5:00pm. This event is free and open to ALL Veterans, their loved ones and those who support them.
The fair will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We have over 40 exhibitors offering information about Charitable Organizations, College Programs, Employment, Female Veteran Services, the GI Bill, PTSD Assistance, Referral services, Veteran Benefit Entitlements, Veteran Health Care Network and Veteran Home Care. A round table presentation on Veteran benefits featuring A. J. Luna, Director of Bergen County Veterans Services. Joe Restivo, Service Officer, New Jersey Department of Military & Veterans Affairs. Bob Salvini, Commander of the Bergen County American Legion and David Brimmer, Veterans Affairs, Lyons NJ. is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
A concert by Midnight Rock Show: The Ultimate 1970’s Rock Tribute Experience and Sean Faust: The Alternative Singer-Songwriter will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the field behind the school. Please bring chairs or blankets to enjoy the concert. In case of inclement weather the concert will be held in the Memorial School auditorium.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Rock Our Vets will be selling event t-shirts, hats and autographed guitars from musicians Dave Mason, Dr. John, Tommy James and bands America, Vanilla Fudge, The Rascals and more!
