Even before Tracy Flanagan married a serial entrepreneur, she’d started picking up the skills to become a business owner. She was working in a legal office developing new systems.

“I noticed my ability to take charge and create something.” she said. “That entrepreneurship bug was already burrowing.”

Flanagan says she thrives under pressure, so when she met her husband Jerry Flanagan, a business owner, she wanted to get involved in the business. “In the early part of our marriage we had swingset stores,” she said.
