Jobs, the opioid crisis and education are the top issues in the 2018 Ohio governor’s race, and one candidate says jobs can solve many of he problems this state has experienced.

Former state lawmaker and a local attorney Connie Pillich said jobs “has got to be our focus,” which coupled with education needs to be improved. If those are addressed, everything else, including the opioid crisis, falls in line, she said.

You can’t work on the opioid crisis if you don’t make jobs a priority. You cannot work on infrastructure if you don’t make jobs a priority. You cannot work on improving our economy and ur growth into the future without making jobs a priority now.”
