Organization trains homeless dogs to help veterans

QC Molly is a very nice little girl. Like most dogs, she keeps a close eye on her owner.

After all, she has a very important job to do. Molly is a Delta Dog.

The black and white dog with basset hound legs was rescued and trained by Operation Delta Dog to be a service dog for Jean Labbe, an Army veteran.

“She’s my girl,” Labbe said. During an hour-long presentation at the Fort Devens Museum on Saturday Molly and Labbe kept in close contact, facing each other while Labbe spoke to the audience.
