Sous Chef –
Job Description: Seeking Sous Chefs with the following experience: Authentic Indian Cuisine (street food, breakfast, etc.), Regional American, Grill, Pizza, Coffee Shop fare, Deli, Salad.
Be a part of the first food hall premiering in Kansas City, featuring multi concepts, farm to table approach, high touch catering. Monday-Friday work week, majority day shifts, full benefits package, competitive salary.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of Cafeteria Cook/Sous Chef experience required. Graduate of a culinary school or other hospitality program preferred.
Food service sanitation skills, excellent organization and communication skills are necessary.
Director of Business Development –
Job Description: Responsible for the execution of business development opportunities set by the Chief Customer Officer including market competitiveness, pricing, distribution and channel strategy. Drives the achievement of the sales revenue plan, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. Closely monitors and tracks the activity of all Business Development Managers. Develops and executes sales training and presentation development. Reports to the Chief Customer Officer.
Creates and executes go-to-market strategies to achieve sales objectives in keeping with the strategic direction of the company.
Drives the professional development of the sales team including the development of systems, staffing and training to optimize performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Works closely with Director of Marketing to develop and execute revenue generation programs, promotions and distribution strategies.
Continuously evaluates the skills and effectiveness of the sales team and instills a culture of accountability, performance based management, teamwork, and other best practices to achieve the goals of the organization.
Grows a highly effective sales organization across multiple divisions and geographies.
Leads complex sales negotiations, attends key customer sales presentations and helps close key client activity.
