Sunroom Lead Installer –

Job Description: Champion Windows has an opening for a Lead Sunroom Installer. This position leads the installation process of Champion built sunroom walls, windows, roofs, support structures, and doors.

Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure all decks and sunrooms are built plumb, square, and comply with Champion engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements
* Review contract folder and all instructions/drawings before leaving on assignments to clarify work to be completed
* Responsible for the installation of the job and the direction of the helper to ensure a Champion quality job is completed in a safe and timely manner
* Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner, while maintaining the integrity of Championu0027s reputation
* Ensure vehicle being driving is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects
* Coordinate the procurement of glass orders and carpet
* Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks
* Assist Installation Manager in contributing to meeting company standards and achieving departmental goals

Corporate Risk Manager –

Specific responsibilities will include:
Manages relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers, and other TPAs
Prepares loss analyses and budgets, identifying exposures and recommending solutions
Provides overall strategic and operational EHS leadership for the company, in connection with corporate policies and objectives
Establish annual premium allocations to affiliated locations
Management of day to day claims and loss control activities
Develops and coordinates various internal auditing processes to ensure compliance
Develops, facilitates and/or manages effective EHS training programs for all employees, supervisors, and managers
Assists line and staff management in the interpretation and understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations, including guidance on handling compliance, inspections, and citations
Develops and facilitates employee-led programs towards the development of an interdependent safety culture, including job safety analysis, employee safety observations, near miss reporting, ergonomic evaluations, etc.
Manages and/or coordinates industrial hygiene surveys
Develops, collects, analyzes, and reports company EHS metrics
Develops and maintains effective emergency plans
Supports industry required lead abatement program


Customer Advocate –
Your specific duties as a Customer Service Advocate will include:
Greet customers within the showroom
Answer phones and forward calls to the appropriate individual
Schedule appointments over the phone including in-home consultations, final measurements, installations, and services
Assist in payment collection/invoicing
Generate daily summary reports
Perform data entry and update Customer Service Database
Additional administrative duties as needed
