APA is currently hiring a Customer Service Order Entry Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains daily activity of JD Edwards Berwick purchase orders.
Reviews orders against customer quotes and commitment letters.
Enters customer purchase orders.
Proofreads work entered for accuracy.
Helps maintain and update daily log of orders received on public drive/?Excel file.
Verifies freight and payment terms.
Files all pricing account profiles and quotations.
Serves as backup to the order entry/?processing clerk as pertains to specified orders.
Inputs pricing into computer and maintains all updates as furnished by Sales and Marketing.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a Full-time and Part-time Position.
Training is Available.
High School diploma required
Ability to read, write and do math at a high school level
One to two years office experience preferred
Must have basic MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Excel and Word skills. Familiarity with JD Edwards a plus.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle unplanned changes in priority of work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy plus good verbal and communication skills needed
