Tom Hosier, a driving force behind an effort to build a veterans and emergency services museum in Rochester, died Wednesday at Seasons Hospice. He was 73.
Hosier, who was also a former head football coach at Rochester Community and Technical College, was co-founder of theScott Hosier Veterans Roundtable, named for his son, who died 10 years ago.
