This week on “Off the Shelf”, Robin Portman, executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, tackles corporate citizenship and supporting our veterans.

She discusses how Booz Allen Hamilton has successfully cultivated a culture of corporate responsibility that supports civic and community initiatives for the common good.

Portman also highlights key corporate initiatives, including mentoring, that support veterans transitioning to civilian life in particular.

This year Portman is also serving as the Chair of the Easter Seals Advocacy Awards Dinner. She provides an update on the awards dinner and Easter Seals cross-cutting support of veterans.

Finally, Portman provides her take on the current state of the federal market and keys to success.
