Officials say this new facility will likely be built here at the corner of Waverly and South Crouse Ave which is currently a parking lot.

A university board has cut the selection process from 28 firms to three and will select one firm in late April.

SU currently houses the Institute for Veterans and Miltary Families at Falk College on the west end of campus.

The new Veterans Resource Complex would house the Institute along with several other vetaran and military connected organizations.  The facility would also include a conference center and auditorium attracting national conferences and symposiums to campus.

The complex will be both an educational and community center to our nation’s 22 million veterans and their families.
